Limitation: only works for titration by number of same-strength tabs (e.g. 1 tab → 2 tabs of metformin 500mg). If titrating by changing tablet strength (e.g. lamotrigine 25mg → 50mg → 100mg), each strength is a separate prescription — calculate each phase as its own dispense.

Limitation: uses the same tablet strength across the week. If the prescription uses different strengths on different days (e.g. thyroxine 25mcg some days, 50mcg other days), pick the strength you'll dispense and enter the number of tabs of that strength for each day. If dispensing two different strengths, calculate each as a separate prescription.
